We spent 30 years building digital solutions for businesses of every size. Then AI changed what was possible, and we rebuilt the firm around it.

MODEFORGE started as a full-service digital agency. Over three decades, we built websites, ran marketing campaigns, designed brands, and developed custom software for 349 clients, from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. We got good at it. We also saw the same pattern everywhere: talented people stuck doing work that did not need them.

When AI capabilities crossed a threshold, we did not bolt a chatbot onto our existing services and call it innovation. We stopped, studied the technology honestly, and asked a harder question: if we were starting this firm today, knowing what AI can do, what would we build?

The answer was MODEFORGE as it exists now. A technology firm with deep marketing experience, focused on one thing: redesigning how established businesses operate with AI at the foundation. Not department by department, but as a whole. Not automating what exists, but rethinking what should exist.

We call this AI Reformation. Most digital transformation was really digital modification, layering new tools onto old structures. AI Reformation is different. It starts with how a business actually runs and rebuilds from there, so revenue grows, costs drop, and your best people focus on work that matters.

Our values have not changed. Stewardship, service, and doing what is right guided us through 30 years of client work. They guide us now. We recommend what is right for your business, not what is most profitable for ours. That sometimes means telling a prospect they do not need us yet. We would rather lose a deal than cut a corner.
